JBA code maintenance (from/to)

[JBA code maintenance] enables you to enter/update JBA code used in A.S.I.A..

Item Setup]

[Type]

• Type
  Select "Import," "Manually" or "Modify/Delete."  Displayed items vary depending on the type you selected.   

[When "Import" is selected in "Type"]

• File 1-5
  Specify a file name for JBA code maintenance.  Click the "..." button, and [Open file] window will appear, allowing you to specify the file.  
• Entry date
  Enter the entry date of auto-transfer data. 
• Update Exp date
  When you want to update expiration date of auto-transfer data, check the box and enter new date.   
• Import additional information
  When you want to even import additional information such as address from the file for JBA code maintenance, mark the checkbox. 

[When "Manually" is selected in "Type"]

There is no entry item.  Click the "Start" button. 

[When "Modify/Delete" is selected in "Type"]

• Finncl Institutn code
  Select "Single" or "Range" to set up the range of financial institution code to be specified in "Finncl Institutn code."  
• Finncl Institutn code
  Specify the financial institution code for JBA code maintenance.  Based on the entry in "Financial Institutn code," enter a single code or the range of codes.  "Range" corresponds to fuzzy search. 
• Branch code
  Set up the range of branch code of financial institution forJBA code maintenance.  It is displayed only when "Single" is selected in "Financial Institutn code."   
• Entry date/Expiration date
  The item narrows down JBA code as maintenance objects by setting up the range by either "Entry date" or "Expiration date." 
• Update operator
  Set up the range of update operators for JBA code. 
• Sort
  Select in order of "Finncl Institutn code" or in order of "Expiration date" for the sort order of JBA code that will appear on the [JBA code maintenance (modify/delete)] screen.   

[Buttons]

• Clear
• Start
  When "Import" is selected in "Type," the files of specified JBA code are imported, updating JBA code. 
  When "Manually" is selected in "Type," the [JBA code maintenance (manually)] screen will appear, allowing you to enter new JBA code.
  When "Modify/Delete" is selected in "Type," the codes as maintenance objects are displayed on the [JBA code maintenance (modify/delete)] screen.  
• Print
  Specify "Finncl Institutn code" and "Branch code" to be printed. 
  On "Finncl Institutn code," selectable options are "Single" or "Range."  When "Single " is selected in "Finncl Institutn code," you can set up the range of "Branch code."  However, when "Range" is selected, "Branch code" cannot be specified.
