Refer commission (detail record)

A list of commissions is displayed from registered auto-transfer data.  Amounts summarized by correspondent are displayed.

[Searching items]

• Auto-transfer No.
  Specify the range of auto-transfer transmission No. of the auto-transfer transmission file.
• Correspondent/Payee name
  Select the correspondent for the commission to be referenced from "Correspondent" and "Payee name" and specify conditions.  You cannot specify the range for "Payee".
• Total Corresp's commission paid
  Total commission paid by the correspondent is displayed.

[Auto-transfer data (detail)]

The following items are displayed.  Modification is not allowed;

• Instructing T/F date
• Transmission No.
• Corresp's financial Inst code, Name
  The code and name of the correspondent's financial institution entered in [Payment/Collection plan] are displayed.  If no code or name is set up in "Payment/Collection plan," they are displayed from the JBA code/branch code.  Note that if there are multiple master codes or there is none, nothing is displayed.
• Corresp's branch code
• Bank account type
• Corresp's bank account
• Payee name
  If it has the same "JBA code, JBA branch code, Bank account type and Bank account No." entered in [Payment/Collection plan], but has a different payee name, the payee name of the plan data entred first (in order of the entry type, internal No. and payment plan row No.) is displayed.
• Amt before deduction commission
• Corresp's commission paid
  Commission amount paid by the correspondent is automatically calculated from [Transfer commission mster] and displayed.
• Total T/F Amt
  Total T/F amount in one header item is calculated and displayed.  It corresponds to the trailor item "T/F transfer Amt" of the JBA format.

  Searches for thecommission according to the conditions specified in the [Searching items] section.  Searching results are displayed in the [Auto-transfer data (detail)] section.
