Output conditions specification
An item that can be entered on the [Notes
receivable entry] screen can be specified as a searching condition.
This section only comments on items that specifically require comments, such as
items not on the [Notes receivable entry] screen.

Date
Specify the start date of the summary. Select the setup date from "Entry
date," "Receipt date," "Drawing date" and "Due date" to specify the date.

Month/Date
Specify the unit of the summary period. Select either "Month" or "Date."

Monthly/Daily intervals
Specify the interval for summary. Specify the number of months/days for
summary after the start date.

Output month/day count
Specify the number of units as determined in "Monthly/Daily intervals" for summary.

Status
Select the status of the notes receivable to search
for. Check the box for the status
concerned out of "Holdings," "Collection," "Discount," "Endorsement," "Endorsed
sale," "Buyout," "Settle," "Sale," "Dishonor," "Renewal" and "Not
controlled." More than one status can be
selected. An error message will be
displayed if none of the check boxes are turned ON.

Summary item 1, 2
Set the key items for making a summary of the
retrieved data. Select from " (blank)," "Department," "Correspondent,"
"Financial institution," "Credit bank account," "Receipt location" and "Flexible master
1-5."
Specify the range of summary of the set items. If " (blank)" is
selected, it is not set up as a searching or summary condition.
The same condition cannot be set for "Summary item 1" and "Summary item 2."

Summary Sort (sub total/group total/total)
Specify the order for the list of retrieved notes
to be output. Options include: "Status/Item
1/Item 2," " Item 1/Status/Item 2" and "Item 1/Item 2/Status."

Start
Clicking this button opens the [Output destination]
screen. Click the "Excel output"
or "Create CSV" button on the [Output destination] as required to output a list
that meets the output condition.
