Procedure for receipt stamp duty setup

Function Outline

This function allows the setup of stamp duty by receipt amount by currency. By registering the combination of the range of the receipt amount and the stamp duty, the system will automatically calculate the divide method for the least amount of stamp duty. It also allows the setup of the minimum amount of receipt and the maximum divide number to prevent complication of transactions as a result of division of receipts to the extent that is more than necessary

1. Screen Display Method

1. Select [Claims] → [Notes Receivable] → [Register].
2. From the menu, select [Receipt Stamp Duty Setup].
   → The [Receipt stamp duty setup] screen will appear.

2. New Registration

1. Select "Currency". Setup stamp duty by currency.
2. Set up the "stamp duty" required for receipt and set the range of the receipt amount as "lower limit." When the "lower limit" of the next range is set up, the system will automatically calculate the "maximum."
   The minimum value is " 0.00", the maximum value is "999,999,999,999.99" and these are fixed. The system does not allow specifying of negative amounts.
3. Setup the "Maximum divide number." Setup from "1" to "5" are allowed.
   Within the divide number specified, the divide method for the least amount of stamp duty will be calculated.
4. Setup the "Minimum amount of receipt." Receipts under the "Minimum amount of receipt" will not be divided, and will be issued as 1.
5. Click on the "Save (S)" button. The "Maximum," "Lower limit," and the "Stamp duty" will be set up.

3. Modifying

1. Select the language to modify the stamp duty setup.
   → the details of the data to modify will display.
2. Modify the data.
3. Click on the "Save (S)" button
