Forms - Committed lease payment data list

A list of the data inputted from the [Lease payment commit entry] is displayed. By clicking the "Start" button after the conditions are entered, confirmation dialogue is displayed, and such data is outputted as an Excel file or a CSV file.

 Output conditions specification

Items that can be inputted on the [Lease payment data confirmation] screen can be designated as searching conditions.

Here, only items that especially require explanations are explained, such as items which do not exist on the [Lease payment data confirmation] screen.

[Sort]

• Entry date, Lease payment No.
  The sorting order of data when displaying a list of the extracted data is selected from the "Entry date" order or "Lease payment No." order.

[View]

• All, Header/Lease, Header/Cash equivalent
  The targeted items when displaying a list of the extracted data are selected from "All," "Header/Lease," or "Header/Cash equivalent."
  When selecting "All"
  A list of all items inputted on the [Lease payment commitment entry] is displayed.
  When selecting "Header/Lease"
  A list of the items inputted by [Header] tab and lease/payment interest items inputted by the [Detail] tab is displayed from among the items inputted on the [Lease payment commitment entry] screen.
  When selecting "Header/Cash equivalent"
  A list of the items inputted by [Header] tab and cash equivalent setup items inputted by the [Payment plan] tab is displayed from among the items inputted on the [Lease payment commitment entry] screen.

  By clicking this button upon designating a macro file, a file can be referred to in a tree format.

  By clicking, the[Output destination] screen is started.  If necessary, by clicking the "Excel outputting" button or "CSV creation "button on the [Output destination] screen, the journal meeting the output conditions is outputted.
