Sales order list
[Sales order list] searches sales order voucher data in accordance with the conditions set up and outputs it into a form.

The searching conditions can set up in detail using the [Header] tab and the [Detail] tab.
The items that can be entered using [Entry] can be set up in searching conditions.
This section will only explain items for which a special explanation is needed, such as items that do not appear on the [Entry] entry screen.

Special correspondent flag
The "Special correspondent flag" for the vouchers to be searched can be selected from "Ordinary" or "Special". It is also possible to make multiple selections. All vouchers are search objects when searching with all the check boxes switched off.

Sales order status
The "Sales order status" for the vouchers to be searched can be selected from "HOLD", "Released", "Compulsorily released", "Released at sales order" and "Re-HOLD". It is also possible to make multiple selections. All vouchers are search objects when searching with all check boxes switched off.

Status
The "Status" for the vouchers to be searched can be selected from "Sales order", "Shipping order", "Shipping", and "Shipped". It is also possible to make multiple selections. All vouchers are search objects when searching with all check boxes switched off.
[Sort]

Entry date, Sales order No.
This displays the search results and sets up the output order. It is possible to select from "Entry date" order or "Sales order No." order.
[Output Type]

Header, Header + detail
This sets up the data to be included when displaying and outputting search results. Select either [Header] or [Header+detail]
When "Header":
Only the header information of the voucher data will be output.
When "Header + detail":
Both header information and detail information of the voucher data will be output.
[Output Name]

Name 1, 2
This selects the [Name] used when displaying and outputting search results from Name 1 and Name 2 using the option button.
[Other]
- Macro file name, Macro name
This sets up the macro file and macro name when applying Microsoft-Excel macros at output.

Click and the [Output destination] screen will appear. Select from "Excel format" or "CSV format" for the output destination of the form.
