Issue quotation, Issue sales order voucher

[Issue quotation] outputs a "Quotation" from the searched quotation data, and [Issue sales order voucher] outputs a "Sales order voucher" from the sales order data. Vouchers may also be saved as files.

Item Setup

[Searching Items]

Items that can be entered using [Entry (Quotation)] or [Entry (Sales order)] can be set up in searching conditions. This section will only explain items for which a special explanation is necessary, such as items that do not appear in the entry screen for [Entry (Quotation)] or [Entry (Sales order)].

• Unissued, Issued
  Select data to be searched from "Unissued" or "Issued"
• Include unapproved (Only displayed for [Issue sales order voucher])
  When including unapproved sales order data in the searching objects, switch the check box on.

[Spreadsheet]

• Issue
  This switches the check box for the data to be the issue object on.
• Save to file
  This switches the check box for the data to be the save to file object on.
• Unapproved
  When searching with the "Include unapproved" check box switched on, the check box switches on when unapproved sales data is searched. It cannot be changed.

[Buttons]

• Name 1/2
  
• Set all, Cancel all ([Issue])
  If you click when selecting target issue voucher object data, the "Issue" check box will be switched on/off for all.
• Set all, Cancel all ([Save to file])
  If you click when selecting target file object data, the "Save to file" check box will be switched on/off for all.
• Refer
  Click, and searched quotation data will be listed and displayed for "Issue quotation", and searched sales order data will be listed and displayed for "Issue sales order voucher"
