Shipping list
In [Shipping list], search for the shipping finished data based on the entered conditions, and then output on forms.

Item Setup
[Searching items]
Use the [Header] tab and the [Detail] tab to specify the detailed searching conditions.
In [Entry], specify the items that can be entered as the searching conditions.
This section only describes items that require special explanations, including those items that are not displayed on the entry screen in [entry].

Status
Select the "status" of the Searching Voucher from either
"Shipping" or "Sold". You can select multiple statuses.
When searching with the all the checkboxes unchecked, all the vouchers will become objects for the search.
[Sort]

Entry date, Shipping No.
Specify the sequence to display and output the Search results. Select from "by Entry date" or "by Shipping No."
[Output type]

Header, Header and Detail
Specify the data to include when displaying and
outputting the search results. Select from " Header" or "Header and Detail".
In case of "Header":
Only the header information of the voucher data will be output.
In case of "Header and Detail":
Both header information and detail information of the voucher data will be output.
[Output name]

Name1, 2
With the Option Button, Select either Name1 or Name2 for the [Name] to use when displaying and
outputting the search results.

- Macro file, Macro
When applying Microsoft-Excel macro for output, enter the macro file and the macro name.

If you click this button, the [output destination] screen will appear. Select either "excel format" or "CSV format" as the forms output destination.
