Shipping balance list, Sales balance list

[Shipping balance list] retrieves the shipping order finished data that have not been shipped and output on forms. [Sales balance list] retrieves the shipped data that have not been entered as sales, then outputs on forms. This can be used for confirmation of shipment delays and delivery delays since it allows the searching by Pref Delv date and Delivering date.

Item Setup

• Entry date
  Search for Shipping Vouchers with the selected date.
  Make the search by selecting from "Entry date", "Delivering date" or "Pref Delv date".
• Searching items
  Search for Shipping Vouchers with the selected Searching items.
  Make the search by selecting from "All", "Accountee", "Department", "In charge", "Goods group", or "Goods." When "Accountee" is selected, select either "Correspondent" or "Employee."

[Sort]

• Voucher No., Accountee, Department, Goods
  With the option button, select whether you want to sum up by "Voucher No.", "Accountee", "Department", or "Goods". The searched data will be sorted, displayed, and outputted by the selected item.

[Output name]

• Name1, 2
  With the option button, select either Name1 or Name2 as the name to use to display and output the search results.

[Others]

• Macro file, Macro name
  To apply Microsoft-Excel Macro during Output, specify the Macro File and the Macro Name.

[Buttons]

  If you click this button, the [Output destination] screen will appear. Select either "Excel format" or "CSV format" as the Forms Output destination.
