Item setup

[Searching items]

You can specify items that can be entered in [Entry] as searching conditions.
This section only describes items that need special explanations, including items which are not displayed in the entry screen of [Entry].

• Entry date, each data No.
  Select either "Entry date" or each data No. ("Production No.", "Production schedule No.") to specify the searching range. You can specify both searching ranges of "Production No." and "Production schedule No." only for [Issue production voucher].
• Objects
  Specify searching conditions for the "Scheduled" check boxes of the production schedule or the production data. You can select either "Include scheduled" or "Scheduled only". You can not check both check boxes.
  When "Include scheduled" is checked:
  Searches for objects whose "Scheduled" check boxes are checked and unchecked.
  When "Scheduled only" is checked:
  Searches only for objects whose "Scheduled" check boxes are checked.
  When both "Include scheduled" and "Scheduled only" are unchecked:
  Searches only for objects whose "Scheduled" check boxes are unchecked.
  

[Spread]

• Issue
  Check the check box for the data for which you want to issue a voucher.
• Save
  Check the check box for the data which you want to save to a file.

[Buttons]

• Name1/2
  
• Set all, Cancel all ([Issue])
  If you click these buttons when selecting the data for which you want to issue voucher, the "Issue" checkboxes for all the selected data will be checked/unchecked in batch.
• Set all, Cancel all ([Save to file])
  If you click these buttons when selecting the data to be saved to files, "Save to file" check boxes for all these data will be checked/unchecked in batch.
• Refer
  Clicking this button lists data extracted according to the specified conditions.
• Clear

• Start
  Clicking this button issues vouchers for the object files with the check box checked or saves the data to files.
