Function outline

The Product control module can manage production schedule, actual production, qualified goods, and waste goods in each process.
It is also possible to sum up the information on qualified and waste goods produced during a specified period as forms, and trace the information in lot.

Menu structure

Entry
Enter production schedule data and production data. You can also search inventory data.
Issue voucher
This function issues production schedule vouchers and production vouchers.

Outputs the forms below.

Forms that can be outputted

The forms that can be outputted in [Product control module] are as follows:

Forms name	Function outline
Inventory moving list	Outputs a list of inventory moving data.
Process production flow	Outputs process production flow to show procedure in which goods have been manufactured, including acceptance of parts and WIPs arisen during a period, production of qualified and waste goods, and details of outgoings.
Production detail list	Outputs details of production of qualified and waste goods produced during a period. It is also possible to output production schedule, schedule/production comparison.
