Register analysis objects (Sales/Purchase)

Register analysis objects to use in the "Sales order summary sheet," the "Shipping order summary sheet" and the "Sales summary sheet" in the Purchase Control Subsystem and in the "Purchase order summary sheet," the "Arriving summary sheet" and the "Purchase summary sheet" in the Purchase Control Subsystem.  The analysis objects will be selected and used as column headers for the forms.

Item Setup

1. Analysis objects selection (or new registration)
   When registering new analysis objects, enter the "Code" and "Name" and then click the "Refer (X)" button.
   Entries can be made at the bottom of the screen.
   
   To edit registered analysis, select "Code" and then click the "Refer (X)" button.
   The analysis objects with the codes entered will appear at the bottom of the screen.

• Code
  Enter the analysis objects code.  Entries up to 10 single byte letters and numbers can be made.
• Name1, 2

2. Analysis objects entry
   Enter the Analysis object set, the analysis objects, the display currency, and the display amt to output the summary (as column headers).  To add and delete columns, click on the "Add Col" and the "Del Col" buttons.

• Set
  Select the Analysis object set.  Select from "PS year," "Previous term item," "Budget A/C," and "Others."
  Depending on the set selected, the "items" that can be registered will differ.  The "PS year" will display by default.
• Analysis objects
  Select the analysis objects.  The contents that can be selected will differ as below depending on the specified contents in "set."
  When changes are made after the analysis objects are selected, the contents entered here will be cleared.

  PS year	Amt in period	The total of the period (Term, Quarter, Half-year, Year) specified in the summary's output screen will be summarized.
  	Total Amt in period	The total by period segments will be summarized for the period (Term, Quarter, Half-year, Year) specified in the summary's output screen. For example, if Term 1-Term 4 were specified, the value for term 1 will be summarized in the column for term 1 and the value for Term 1-Term 2 will be summarized in the column for term 2.
  Previous term item	Amt in period (previous)	Output the "output period" of the PS year for the same period the previous year.
  	Total Amt in period  (previous)	Output the "Total period (from/to)" of the PS year for the same period the previous year.
  Budget A/C	Period budget	Output the budget data matching the "opening budget" specified in the summary output screen. When the budget code for the "Opening Budget" are not specified, it will be outputted as "0.00."
  	Period total budget	Sum based on the budget data in the "Opening Budget" entered in the summary output screen, the summary will be output by segments of the matching period. For example, when Term 1-Term 4 is specified, the value for term 1 will be summarized in the column for term 1 and the value for Term 1-Term 2 will be summarized in the column for Term 2.
  Other	Ratio (PS/PV year) (period)	The ratio of (PS year "Amt in period"/Previous term item "Amt in period (previous)"×~100) will be outputted.
  	Ratio (PS/PV year) (Total of period)	The ratio of (PS year "Total Amt in period" / Previous term item "Total Amt in period (previous)" ×100) will be outputted.
  	Difference(PS/PV year)(period)	(PS year "Amt in period"-Previous term item "Amt in period (previous)") will be outputted. When using this analysis object, the analysis objects used for the calculation must be registered.
  	Difference (PS/PV year) (Total of period)	(PS year "Total fluctuation in period" - Previous term item "Total Amt in period (previous)") will be outputted. When using this analysis object, the analysis objects used for this calculation must be registered.
  	Achievement rate of period budget	The ratio of (PS month "Amt in period" / Budget A/C "Period budget" ×100) will be outputted.
  	Achievement rate of period total budget	The ratio of (PS year "Total Amt in period" /Budget A/C " Period total budget" × 100) will be outputted.

• Currency
  Select the currency to use for output.  Select from "All currencies" or currencies registered in "Register currency." The default status is "All currencies."
• Amt/Amt (SC)
  Select the amount summary method from "Output Amt" and "Output Amt (SC)." However, when the "Currency" is "All currencies," it will be fixed to "Output Amt (SC)."

Buttons

• Add Col
  A new column will be added on the left side of the column selected in the spread.  When a new code is entered, a name is registered, and the "Refer" button is clicked, columns can be added and deleted.
• Del Col
  Delete the column where the cursor is placed in the spread.  When a new code is entered, a name is registered, and the "Reference" button is clicked, columns can be added and deleted
• Refer
  Displays the contents of the codes registered.  In the case of a new code, new registration can be made.
• Save
• Clear
• Delete
• Print
• Exit
