Sales order summary sheet

The [Sales order summary sheet] summarizes and outputs sales order data for the setup period by goods, in charge and so on.
If analysis item registered in [Register analysis object] in [Logistic master module] is setup, it can output the title of column, summary item, by currency, and comparison to budget in accordance with vouchers.

Item Setup

[Analysis Objects Setup]

• Analysis objects
  This sets up the analysis objects set in [Register analysis objects] of the [Logistics Master Module].
  A summary sheet is created in accordance with the output items that were set up in the analysis objects set up.
• Output format
  This sets up the range for summarizing data. It is possible to select from "Output all company" and "Output by individual item".
  When "Output All company":
  It summarizes and outputs to the form at the all company level without setting the range of items for output by individual item.
  When "Output by individual item":
  It sets up the range for items, and summarizes and outputs the whole range to the form.
  It is also possible to set up groups such as correspondent or department as items.
• Item (It is only displayed when "Output by individual item" is selected in "Output format").
  It selects the items to be summarized. It is possible to select from "Dept", "Correspondent", "In charge", "Manufacturing No.", "Project code 1", and "Project code 2".

[Date Setup]

• Period (from/to)
  It selects from the period range settings below.
  The output results for each format are as below.

  Year	It outputs a form for the year
  Half-year	It outputs a form for the half-year
  Quarter	It outputs a form for the quarter
  Month	It outputs a form for the month.
  By date	It outputs a form for the date.

  
  
• Accounting period
  The set up method varies depending on the content selected in "Period (from/to)"

  Period (from/to)	Accounting period setup method
  Year	It sets up the accounting year as the range. Slash mark and monthly entry fields are not displayed. The range that can be set up can be selected from last/present/next accounting year in accounting year master.
  Half-year	It sets up the accounting year and half-year as the range. The figures 1 or 2 may be entered in the half-year set up field. The range that can be set up can be selected from last/present/next accounting year and half-year in accounting year master.
  Quarter	It sets up the accounting year and quarter as the range. The figures 1 - 4 may be entered in the quarter set up field. The range that can be set up can be selected from last/present/next accounting year and quarter in accounting year master.
  Month	It sets up the accounting year and month as the range. The figures 1 - 12 may be entered in the month field. The range that can be set up can be selected from last/present/next accounting year in accounting year master.
  By date	It sets up the accounting year and month as the range. It outputs data summarized by date for designated month range. The range that can be set up can be selected from last/present/next accounting year in accounting year master.

[Budget Setup]

• It displays only when [Output all company] is selected "Output".
  This sets up the "Plan code" registered in [Commit Sales/Purchase Plan] in [Planning Control Module]. It can only be set up for budgets with "Commit" status.

[Output Option]

• Incl unapproved
  When making unapproved vouchers a summary object, switch the "Incl unapproved" check box on.

[Other]

• Macro File Name, Macro Name
  This sets up the macro file and macro name when applying Microsoft-Excel macros at output.

  Click and the [Output destination] screen will appear. Select from "Excel format" or "CSV format" for the output destination of the form.
