Register standard inventory qty

Register the standard inventory qty and the reorder point by warehouse/process and by goods.  The registered inventory control standard qty for the same warehouse/process and goods cannot overlap.  
The std inventory qty and the reorder points registered here can be confirmed in the [Refer inventory] screen and the [Refer inventory balance] screen that can be retrieved at the time of quotation entry or sales order entry.  They can also be used as summary conditions of [Inventory quantity summary sheet] outputted in the [Inventory control module].

Item Setup

1. Warehouse/Process Dept selection
   Select the warehouse/process dept to register.  When the "Refer" button is clicked, the std inventory qty and the reorder point can be registered by goods on the [Spread].

• Warehouse/Process
  Enter the department codes registered in [Register warehouse/process].

2. Inventory control Std Qty registration
   Enter the std inventory qty and the reorder point by goods for the entered department.  Click the "Add row (R)" button or the "Del row (L)" button to add and delete rows.

• Goods, Name
  Enter the codes of the goods registered in [Register goods].  When the codes are entered the names of the goods will be displayed.
• Unit
  When goods are specified, the "Unit" setup in [Register goods] for the goods specified will be displayed.
• Std inventory Qty
  Enter the std inventory qty for the selected warehouse/process.
• Reorder point
  Enter the reorder point for the goods for the selected Warehouse/Process.
