Deferred data searching (prepaid expenses, deferred revenue)

In this section, you can search for deferred data (prepaid expenses, deferred revenue).

Searching condition entry

You can specify the entry-enabled items in [Entry] as searching condition.  This section comments only the items that you may particularly need some description, for example, some items that do not present on the entry screen of [Entry].

[Condition specification]

• Status type
  Select the status type of deferred data from the following as searching objects.
  

  Status type	Status type description
  (Blank)	Select when you want to include all deferred data as searching objects regardless of the status.
  Undepreciated	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, deferred data that will be entered as expenses.
  Processing depreciation	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, deferred data among which some have been entered as expenses.
  Depreciated	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, deferred data of which all have been entered as expenses.
  Stop depreciation	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, deferred data of which entry as expenses is withheld.
  Disposal	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, deferred data that has already been disposed.

• Prefix No.
  Select either "Deferred data" or "Opr setup (Update OP)" if you want to narrow the searching data with Prefix No. of deferred account control No.  When the "Prefix No.-" is not selected in the numbering setting for the "Deferred voucher No.," it is fixed in the "Operator setup."  When "Deferred data" is selected, the searching objects are Prefix No. entered in [Header] of [Deferred account entry] screen.  Meanwhile, when "Operator setup" is selected, the searching objects are the setup value in "Display initial prefix No." set up in the [Operator] tab for [Employee setup].
• Update operator
  Enter when narrowing down by the operator who entered or modified the vouchers to be searched.   

[Related voucher]

When you want to search for the data entered by calling the screen of deferred account entry from the module other than [Bank account control module], you can specify the entry type of the source vouchers for searching. 

• Entry type
  You can select an entry type of the source voucher from the following.
  

  Deferred data type	Selectable entry type	Entry type description
  Prepaid expenses	(Blank)	Select when you want to include all prepaid expenses data as searching objects regardless of the entry type.
  	Debts	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, debts data of the source vouchers.
  	Repayment commit entry	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, repayment commit entry data of the source vouchers.
  	Lease payment commit entry	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, lease payment commit entry data of the source vouchers.
  Deferred revenue	(Blank)	Select when you want to include all deferred revenue data as searching objects regardless of the entry type.
  	Claims	Select when you want to include, as searching objects, claims data of the source vouchers.

• Prefix No.
  Set the range of prefix No. of the Src voucher as searching objects. 
• Internal No.
  Set the range of internal No. of the Src voucher as searching objects.   
• Voucher No.
  Set the range of voucher No. of the Src voucher as searching objects. 

[Searching object]

• Searching object
  Enter the field when narrowing down the searching objects by contents of "T/F source" or "T/F Dest."  The default displays "T/F source." 
  
  When you want to make a reference on deferred assets that are specified as depreciation objects by the financial dept, select "T/F source" and specify the condition. 
  Meanwhile, when you want to make a reference on deferred assets that are specified as depreciation objects by a dept which is actually using such assets, select "T/F Dest" and specify the condition. 

[Buttons]

• Refer
  Clicking this button displays a list of deferred data that complies with the specific condition in [Deferred data (prepaid expense)] screen or [Deferred data (deferred revenue)] screen.  After selecting deferred data from the list and click the "Details" button, and you can make a reference on the details of the deferred data.
