Register analysis objects (Financial statements by item and cashflows)

Register the objects for analysis that are used in the financial statements by item and the cashflows statement. Register the objects using the screen that is called up by the menu for the financial statements by item and the cashflows statement. The objects for analysis are used after being selected as the column header of the forms.
The registration procedure is almost the same as that for [Register analysis objects], but the objects that can be registered are different.

• Code
  Enter the code of the objects for analysis.
• Name
  Register the name of the objects for analysis.

[Column definition]

• Set , Item
  Select the set and the item for analysis. The object for analysis differs according to the set selected. If you change the "set", be careful that the selected "item" is cleared.

  PS year	Total since opening	The total values from the opening are tabulated. The meaning changes according to the summary method for Dr/Cr registered in the template.
  		Dr/Cr	Meaning
  		Opening balance	Outputs the opening balance for the current accounting year. In the case of the subsequent accounting year, the balance is that at the end day of the preceding accounting year.
  		Dr side	Tabulates the Dr side amount from the beginning of the term for the current accounting year. In the case of the subsequent accounting year, the amount is the total since the opening of the next accounting year.
  		Cr side	Tabulates the Cr side amount from the beginning of the term for the current accounting year. In the case of the subsequent accounting year, the amount is the total since the opening of the subsequent accounting year.
  		Fluctuation	Tabulates the fluctuation since the beginning of the current accounting year. In the case of the Dr side a/c, the amount is calculated as Dr side - Cr side. In the case of Cr side a/c, the amount is calculated as Cr side - Dr side. In the case of the subsequent accounting year, the fluctuation is that since the opening of the subsequent accounting year.
  		Closing balance	Tabulates the balance as of the end of the current fiscal period.
  		PS year net profit	Tabulates the net profit since the opening of the term (fluctuation in assets since opening - fluctuation in liabilities since opening - fluctuation in capital since opening). In the case of the subsequent accounting year, the net profit is calculated with fluctuation since the opening of the subsequent accounting year.
  	Output period	Tabulates the total of the designated period (term, quarter, half-year or yearly). The meaning changes according to the summary method for "Dr/Cr" registered in the template.

  		Opening balance	Outputs the balance up to the preceding day of the current period.
  		Dr side	Tabulates the Dr side amount for the current period.
  		Cr side	Tabulates the Cr side amount for the current period.
  		Fluctuation	Tabulates the fluctuation for the current period.In the case of the Dr side a/c, the amount is calculated as Dr side - Cr side. In the case of Cr side a/c, the amount is calculated as Cr side - Dr side.
  		Closing balance	Tabulates the balance as of the end of the current period.

  Previous term item	Total from opening (previous)	Outputs the [Total from opening] in the PS year a/c for the same period last year.
  	Output period (previous)	Outputs the [Output period] in the PS year a/c for the same period last year.
  	Total period (from/to) (previous)	Outputs the [Total period (from/to)] in the PS year a/c for the same period last year.
  Budget A/C	Total budget period (from/to)	Outputs the budget data for the "Total budget from opening" specified in the output screen for the current period. Where the budget code for "Total budget from opening" is not specified, this value is output as [0.00].
  	Period budget	Outputs the budget data for the "opening budget" specified in the output screen for the current period. Where the budget code for the opening budget is not specified, this value is output as [0.00].
  	Total budget period (from/to)	Tabulates the total for the total period based on the budget data for the opening budget specified in the output screen. For example, where the period from January to April is specified, the value of January is tabulated in the column for January, and the value of February is tabulated in the column for February. Where the budget code for the "opening budget" is not specified, this value is output as [0.00].
  		Dr/Cr	Meaning
  		Opening balance	Outputs the budget at the beginning of the current period.
  		Dr side	Tabulates the total Dr side budget for the current period.
  		Cr side	Tabulates the total Cr side budget for the current period.
  		Fluctuation	Tabulates the total fluctuation in budget for the current period.
  		Closing balance	Tabulates the total current balance of the budget for the current period.
  		PS year net profit	Tabulates the total budget for net profit for the current period.
  	Annual budget	Based upon the budget data for the [Total budget from opening] specified on the output screen, outputs the data as follows. • Where the specified period is the [term], outputs the budget for the final term. • Where the specified period is the [quarter], outputs the budget for the fourth quarter. • Where the specified period is the [half-yearly], outputs the budget for the second half of the year. • Where the specified period is the accounting [year], outputs the annual budget.
  	Total Diff budget/Amt	Outputs the value calculated as follows: [Total from opening] in PS month a/c - [Total budget from opening] in the budget a/c. Where this object for analysis is used in the calculation, it is necessary to register it as an object for analysis.
  	Budget/Amt difference in period	Outputs the value calculated as follows: "Output period" in PS month a/c - [Period budget] in Budget a/c. Where this object for analysis is used in the calculation, it is necessary to register it as an object for analysis.
  	Total budget/Amt difference period(from/to)	Outputs the value calculated as follows: [Total period (from/to)] in PS month a/c - [Total budget period (from/to)] in Budget a/c. Where this object for analysis is used in the calculation, it is necessary to register it as an object for analysis.
  	Annual budget actual Diffc	Outputs the value calculated as follows: [Total from opening] in PS month a/c - [Annual budget] in Budget a/c. Where this object for analysis is used in the calculation, it is necessary to register it as an object for analysis.
  Others	Where the following objects for analysis are used, it is necessary to register the PS year a/c, the previous year item and the budget a/c as objects for analysis.
  	Period/Previous term fluctuation ratio	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Output period] in the PS year a/c/ [Amount in the previous period] in the previous year ×100.
  	Period/Previous term same period fluctuation ratio	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Total period (from/to)] in the PS year a/c/ [Total period (from/to)] for the previous period in the previous year ×100.×100
  	Ratio(PS/PV year)	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Total from opening] in the PS year a/c/ [Total from opening] in the previous period in the previous year ×100.
  	Achievement rate in period	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Output period] in the PS year a/c/ [Period budget] in the budget a/c ×100.
  	Total achievement rate in period	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Total period (from/to)] in the PS year a/c/ [Total budget period (from/to)] in the budget a/c ×100.
  	Total ratio budget/Amt	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Total from opening] in the PS year a/c/ [Total budget from opening] in the budget a/c ×100.
  	Annual ratio budget/Amt	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Total from opening] in the PS year a/c/ [Annual budget] in the budget a/c ×100.

• Currency
  Select a currency to be output. Select a currency either from [All currencies] or from the "currencies that have been registered in [Register Currency]". The initial status is [All Currencies].
• Amt/Amt (SC)
  Select the summary method of the amount from [Output Amt] or [Output Amt (SC)]. However, where a "currency" is selected from [All Currencies], the summary method is [Output Amt (SC)] and cannot be changed.

[Buttons]

• Add Col
  Add one column on the left of the selected column within the spread. When you enter a new code, register a name and click the "Refer" button, a column can be added or deleted.
• Del Col
  Delete the column on which the cursor is positioned within the spread. When you enter a new code, register a name and click the "Refere" button, a column can be added or deleted.
• Refer
  The registered content of the specified code is displayed. If the code is new, it can be registered as a new code.
• Save
• Clear
• Delete
