Register analysis objects (Financial statements for analysis)

Register the analysis objects that are used in the financial statements for analysis. The objects for analysis are used after being selected as the column header of the forms.

• Code
  Enter the code of the analysis objects
• Name
  Register the name of the analysis objects

[Column definition]

• Set
  Select the set of the analysis objects. Select [PS Year], [Previous Year Item], [Budget A/C] or [Others].
  Depending on the set selected, the items that can be registered differ. In the initial state, [PS Year] is displayed.
• Analysis objects
  Select the analysis object.
  Depending on the content specified for [Set], the items that can be selected differ as follows.
  If the "Set" is changed after an analysis object is selected, the content specified here is cleared.

  Set	Analysis Objects	Description
  PS year	Total Dr Amt in period	Tabulates the Total Dr Amt for the specified period (term, quarter, half-year ly or year).For example, where the period from January to April is specified, the value for January is tabulated in the column for January, and the value for February is tabulated in the column for February.
  	Balance	Outputs the opening balance of the a/c. Outputs [0.00] in the case of a profit and loss statement.
  	Dr in period	Outputs the balance before the start date of the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year).
  	Cr side in period	Tabulates the Dr amount for the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year).
  	Fluctuation in period	In the case of a/c (Dr), outputs the amount calculated as Dr in the specified period - Cr in the specified period. In the case of a/c (Cr), outputs the amount calculated as Cr in the specified period - Dr in the specified period.
  	Total Dr Amt in period	Tabulates the Total Dr Amt for the specified period (term, quarter, half-year ly or year). For example, where the period from January to April is specified, the value for January is tabulated in the column for January, and the value for February is tabulated in the column for February.
  	Total Cr side Amt in period	Tabulates Total Cr Amt for the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year). For example, where the period from January to April is specified, the value for January is tabulated in the column for January, and the value for February is tabulated in the column for February.
  	Total fluctuation in period	Tabulates the total fluctuation for the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year).
  	PS year Dr side	Tabulates the total debit from the opening of the term to the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year). Where the specified period is [Year], the amount is equal to the debit for the period.
  	PS year Cr side	Tabulates the total Cr side from the opening of the term to the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year). Where the specified period is [Year], the amount is equal to the credit for the period.
  	PS year changes	In the case of a/c (Dr), outputs the amount calculated as PS year Dr - PS year Cr. In the case of a/c (Cr), outputs the amount calculated as PS year Cr - PS year Dr.
  	PS year balance	Outputs the amount calculated as (balance + fluctuation) in period.
  Previous term item	Previous year opening balance	Outputs the opening balance of the account for the previous year.
  	Previous year balance	Outputs the balance before the start date for the same period (month (term), quarter, half-year or accounting year) of the previous year.
  	Previous year same period (Dr)	Tabulates the debit amount for the same period (month (term), quarter, half-year or accounting year) in the same year.
  	Previous year same period (Cr)	Tabulates the credit amount for the same period (month (term), quarter, half-year or accounting year) in the same year.
  	Previous year same period changes	In the case of a/c (Dr), outputs the amount calculated as debit for the same period of the previous year - the credit for the same period of the previous year. In the case of a/c (Cr), outputs the amount calculated as credit for the same period of the previous year - debit for the same period of the previous year.
  	Previous year same period total (Dr)	Tabulates the debit for the same period of the previous year (term, quarter, half-yearly or year). For example, where the period from January to April is specified, the value of January is tabulated in the column for January, and the value of February is tabulated in the column for February.
  	Previous year same period total (Cr)	Tabulates the credit for the same period of the previous year (term, quarter, half-yearly or year). For example, where the period from January to April is specified, the value of January is tabulated in the column for January, and the value of February is tabulated in the column for February.
  	Previous year same period total changes	Tabulates the total fluctuation in the same period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year) of the previous year.
  	Previous year total (Cr)	Tabulates the total debit from the opening of the previous year until the same period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year) of the previous year. Where the specified period is [Year], the amount is equal to the debit in the period.
  	Previous year total (Dr)	Tabulates the total credit from the opening of the previous year until the same period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year) of the previous year. Where the specified period is [Year], the amount is equal to the credit in the period.
  	Previous year changes	In the case of a/c (Dr), outputs the amount calculated as debit for the previous year - credit for the previous year. In the case of a/c (Cr), outputs the amount calculated as credit for the previous year - debit for the previous year.
  	Previous term balance	The amount calculated by [Previous year balance + Previous year same period changes] is outputted.
  	Previous year same period Diff	Outputs the amount calculated as [Fluctuation in the period] in the PS year a/c - [Previous year same period changes] in the previous year item.
  	Previous year total Diff	Outputs the amount calculated as [PS year changes] in the PS year a/c - [Previous year changes] in the previous year item.
  Budget a/c	Period budget	Tabulates the budget of an item that is registered using [Register compare item] for the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year).
  	Total budget (opening)	In the case of the analysis balance sheet, tabulates the budget for the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year) for an item, which has been registered using [Register Compare Item]. This amount is equal to the period budget. In cases other than the analysis balance sheet, tabulates the budget from the opening of the term until the current period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year).
  	Total budget(start period)	In the case of the analysis balance sheet, tabulates the budget for the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year) for an item, which is registered using [Register compare item]. This amount is equal to the period budget. In cases other than the analysis balance sheet, tabulates the budget from the start period until the ending period of the specified current period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year).
  	Annual budget	In the case of the analysis balance sheet, tabulates the period budget for the ending period of the specified period (term, quarter, half-yearly or year). In cases other than the analysis balance sheet, outputs the annual budget.
  	Budget/Amt difference in period	In the case of the analysis balance sheet, outputs the amount calculated as [PS year budget] in the PS year a/c - [Period budget] in the budget a/c. In cases other than the analysis balance sheet, outputs the amount calculated by [Fluctuation in period] in the PS year a/c - [Period budget] in the budget a/c. Where this object for analysis is used in the calculation, it is necessary to register it as an object for analysis.
  	Total Diff budget/Amt	Outputs the amount calculated as [PS year balance] in the PS year a/c - [Total budget (opening)] in the budget a/c. Where this object for analysis is used in the calculation, it is necessary to register it as an object for analysis.
  	Annual budget actual Diffc	Outputs the amount calculated as [PS year balance] in the PS year a/c - [Annual budget] in the budget a/c. Where this object for analysis is used in the calculation, it is necessary to register it as an object for analysis.
  Others	Where the following objects for analysis are used, it is necessary to register the PS year a/c, the previous year item, and the budget a/c as objects for analysis.
  	Ratio	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Amount in the column at the left of the "Ratio" column on the screen of Register analysis objects]/ [Column for which the "Ratio" checkbox is checked in the template] ×100.
  	Period/Previous term fluctuation ratio	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Fluctuation in period] in the PS year a/c/ [Previous year same period changes] in the previous term item ×100.
  	Period/Previous term same period fluctuation ratio	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [Total fluctuation in period] in the PS year a/c/ [Previous year same period total changes] in the previous term item ×100.
  	Ratio (PS/PV year)	The ratio calculated as follows is output: [PS year balance] in the PS year a/c/ [Previous term balance] in the previous term item ×100.
  	Achievement rate in period	In the case of the analysis balance sheet, outputs the ratio calculated as [PS year balance] in the PS year a/c/ [Period budget] in the budget a/c ×100. In cases other than the analysis balance sheet, outputs the ratio calculated as [PS year changes] in the PS year a/c/ [Period budget] in the budget a/c ×100.
  	Total achievement rate in period	In the case of the Analysis balance sheet, the ratio is the same with the [Achievement rate in period]. In the cases other than the Analysis balance sheet, the ratio calculated by [Total fluctuation in period] in the PS year a/c / [Total budget (start period)] in the budget a/c ×100) is outputted.
  	Total achievement rate in period	Outputs the ratio calculated as [PS year balance] in the PS year a/c/ [Total budget (opening)] in the budget a/c ×100.
  	Annual ratio budget/Amt	Outputs the ratio calculated as [PS year balance] in the PS year a/c/ [Annual budget] in the budget a/c ×100.

• Currency
  Select a currency to be output. Select a currency either from [All currencies] or from the currencies that have been registered in "Register Currency". The initial status is [All Currencies].
• Amt/Amt (SC)
  Select the summary method of the amount from [Output Amt] or [Output Amt (SC)]. However, where a "currency" is selected from [All Currencies], the summary method is [Output Amt (SC)] and cannot be changed.

[Buttons]

• Add Col
  Add one column on the left of the selected column within the spread. When you enter a new code, register a name and click the "Refer" button, a column can be added or deleted.
• Del Col
  Delete the column on which the cursor is positioned within the spread. When you enter a new code, register a name and click the "Refer" button, a column can be added or deleted.
• Refer
  The registered content of the specified code is displayed. If the code is new, it can be registered as a new code.
• Save
• Clear
• Delete
• Print
• Exit
