Stock trade entry - Setup tab

Make entries for transactions such as stock acquisition, sales, etc. Clicking the "Trade Entry" button on the [Register stock] screen will also bring you to this screen to enter the stock trade selected.

Item Setup

[Holding Information]

Balance information on the applicable symbol is displayed.

Stock symbol
The stock symbol entered on the [Main] tab is displayed. No modification can be made.
Acquisition unit price
The selected stock symbol´ s acquisition unit price is displayed. No modification can be made.
Balance Qty
The quantity of the selected stock is displayed. No modification can be made.
Acquisition cost, Acquisition cost(SC)
The selected stock symbol´ s acquisition amount is displayed. No modification can be made.
Layer
Select the layer. The ">>" button increases the layer like 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 1.., and the "<<" button decreases it like 5 → 4 → 3 → 2 → 1 → 5... Amounts according to the selected layer are displayed in "Acquisition unit price," "Acquisition cost" and "Acquisition Amt(SC)."
Bond balance Qty
Enter the balance quantity for the bond to be converted or for which the new stock warrant is to be exercised. The balance quantity of the bond symbol entered on the [Main] tab is displayed by default.
Bond balance, Bond balance(SC)
Enter the balance amount for the bond to be converted or for which the new stock warrant is to be exercised. The balance amount of the bond symbol entered on the [Main] tab is displayed by default.
Warrant balance
The warrant balance and that converted to the standard currency are displayed. No modification can be made.

[Securities item]

Currency
The currency registered in [Register stock] is displayed. No modification can be made.
Rate type
Select the rate type. The rate type registered in [Register stock] is displayed by default, but modification can be made. If the "Currency" is the "Std currency," the type is fixed as "None" and no modification can be made.
Exchange rate
The exchange rate corresponding to the "Rate type" is displayed by default, but modification can be made. If the "Currency" is the "Std currency," the rate is fixed at "0.000" and no modification can be made.
Unit price
Enter the purchase/sale value per unit. The maximum number of digits to be entered is 12.2. If the "Trade type" is "Conversion," the "Conversion value" registered in [Register bond] is displayed. If the "Trade type" is "Warrant," the "Exercise price" registered in [Register bond] is displayed.
Qty
Enter the purchase quantity or sale quantity of the stock. The maximum number of digits to be entered is 12.2. If the "Trade type" is "Divide" or "Merge," "Divide ratio (Merge ratio)× Balance Qty" is automatically displayed.
Contract price, Contract price(SC)
The contract price (Unit price × Qty)is automatically displayed. Fractions are rounded off.
Divide ratio(Merge ratio)
Set up the divide ratio for stock divide or the merge ratio for stock merge. Can be entered only if the "Trade type" is "Divide" or "Merge." The caption becomes "Divide ratio" if the "Trade type" is "Divide," and "Merge ratio" if "Merge."
Bond Qty, Bond value, Bond value(SC)
Enter the quantity and amount of the bond for conversion or new stock warrant. This item is displayed only if the "Trade type" is "Conversion," or if the "Trade type" is "Warrant" and the Convertible/New stock warrant is set to "Warrant(non-detachable)" in [Register bond].
Warrant Amt, Warrant Amt(SC)
Enter the new stock warrant amount for Warrant. The amount converted to the Std currency is automatically displayed in "WarrantAmt(SC)."

[Commission item]

Taxable commission
Enter the taxable commission for acquisition and sale of stocks.
Non-taxable Commission
Enter the non- taxable commission for acquisition and sale of securities.
VAT type, VAT rate
The taxable type for the commission and the VAT rate corresponding to the taxable type are displayed. Modification can be made.
VAT
VAT (Taxable commission × VAT rate) and amount converted to the standard currency are calculated and displayed. Modification can be made.
Tax type
Select the tax type for the withholding tax from those registered in [Register securities tax type].
Withholding tax rate
The withholding tax rate corresponding to the tax type is displayed. Modification can be made.
Withholding tax, Withholding tax(SC)
Enter the withholding tax for capital reduction. No auto-calculation is performed based on the tax rate. Fractions are processed according to the fraction adjustment type registered in [Register securities tax type].

[Delivery Amt]

Delivery Amt, Delivery Amt(SC)
Enter the delivery amount including commissions.
If "Trade type" is "Acquisition,"
"Contract price + Taxable commission + VAT" is calculated and displayed only if the "Currency" is the same as the "Payment Currency."
If "Trade type" is "Sale,"
"Contract price - Taxable commission - VAT" is calculated and displayed.
If "Trade type" is "Paid-in capital increase," "Conversion," "Warrant," "Others (increased)," "Others (decreased),"
"Contract price" is displayed.
If "Trade type" is "Paid-in capital decrease," "Purchase depreciation,"
"Contract price - Withholding Tax" is calculated and displayed.
Cash grant Amt, Cash grant Amt(SC)
"Bond value - Contract price" is calculated and displayed.
Flexible Amt

[Buttons]

If you use the "Transaction entry" button on the [Register stock] screen to enter transactions, the "Copy," "Read Ptrn," "Regist Ptrn," "Clear" and "Delete" buttons are grayed out and cannot be used.

Copies registered stock trade data to new data.
