[Notes receivable searching] retrieves required data from the data entered with [Notes receivable entry] by setting searching conditions such as "Status entry date" and "Receipt date" for reference.  The data cannot be modified.

Item description

An item that can be entered on the [Notes receivable entry] screen can be specified as a searching condition.
This section only comments on items that specifically require comments, such as items not on the [Notes receivable entry] screen.

• Status
  Status options include 11 types namely, "Holdings," "Collection," "Discount," "Endorsement," "Endorsed sale," "Buyout," "Settle," "Sale," "Dishonor," "Renewal" and "Not controlled" and "(  blank)."  If "(  blank)" is selected, all vouchers will become the searching objects.
