Procedure for quotation, sales order, shipping order, shipping and sales data searching

Outline

Specify and refer to various searching conditions for quotation data, sales order data, shipping order data, shipping data and sales data entered under the sales control subsystem. The basic procedures for [Quotation searching], [Sales order searching], [Shipping order searching], [Shipping searching], and [Sales searching] are the same. The following explanation is based on the procedures for [Quotation searching].

1. Screen display method

1. Select [Sales Control] → [Sales Order] → [Entry (Quotation)].
2. Select [Quotation Searching (from/to)] from menu options.
   → The [Quotation searching (from/to)] screen is displayed.

2. Searching conditions entry

→To Menu Reference

1. Enter the searching conditions (entry date, internal No., etc.) for quotation data to be searched.
   Enter the most specific searching conditions possible to speed up search.
   Items under the [Details] tab can be used to set even more specific searching conditions.
2. Click on the "Start (A)" button.
   → The [Quotation searching (object list)] screen is displayed.

3. Verification of detail information

→To Menu Reference

1. Select the detail data to be verified from the [Spread] of the [Quotation searching (object list)] screen.
2. Click on the "Detail (D)" button.
   → Detail information is displayed.
