Item setup

Condition setup

• Priority 1, 2, 3
  Select one of the following items as the reserve condition for "Priority 1," "Priority 2" and "Priority 3" and then specify "Ascend" or "Descend". You cannot select the same item as a condition for each priority.
  "Priority 1" is the condition with the highest priority, followed by "Priority 2", and then "Priority 3".
  At minimum, you must set "Priority 1" to something other than "(Blank)". In addition, priority specification must also start with "Priority 1".

  Reserved status	Description
  (Blank)	Select when you do not want to specify a condition.
  Entry date	Preferential reservation by ascending (oldest to newest) or descending (newest to oldest) sales order date from the sales order data subject to bulk reservation.
  Sales order internal No.	Preferential reservation by ascending or descending sales order internal No. date from the sales order data subject to bulk reservation.
  Accountee	Preferential reservation by ascending or descending numbers of "Reserved priorities" registered in [Register correspondent] of the [Common master module] for the accountee from the sales order data subject to bulk reservation. When "Reserved priorities" are the same, preferential reservation will take place by descending or ascending "Correspondent code" order.
  Delivering date	Preferential reservation by ascending (oldest to newest) or descending (newest to oldest) delivery date from the sales order data subject to bulk reservation.
  Scheduled shipping date	Preferential reservation by ascending (oldest to newest) or descending (newest to oldest) schedule shipping date from the sales order data subject to bulk reservation.
  Total sales order Amt	Preferential reservation by ascending (highest to lowest) or descending (lowest to highest) total sales order amount from the sales order data subject to bulk reservation.

  Clicking this button checks the sales order data subject to reservation in the order of priority, and if the reserve quantity is less than the total inventory quantity in all warehouses, reservation is performed in the order of priority.
  Reservation is performed in the order of warehouses specified during sales ordering and basic inventory locations of goods, and when no reservation is possible for the reserved balance quantity (the reserve quantity or reserved balance quantity is greater than the total inventory quantity), reservation is not performed for the relevant sales order detail. The reservation of that sales order data will be skipped, and the sales order data with the next highest priority will be subject to reservation.
  Individual reservation is required for sales order details that could not be reserved by bulk reservation.
