Sales reserve

This is where the reserving and canceling of reserving for inventory takes place for data that has been registered as a sales order. Reservations can be made individually on a per sales order detail basis or all together by specifying conditions.
This screen is for narrowing down and specifying sales order data subject to reservation.

Item setup

[Searching items]

Items that can be entered in [Sales order entry] can be specified in "Searching conditions."
Only the items that particularly need to be explained such as items not found in the [Sales order entry] screen are explained below.

Reserved status
Select either following as the search target. Multiple selections are possible. At least one must be on.

Reserved status	Description
Unreserved	Select to search for a sales order detail for which the ordered goods have not yet been reserved. Also select to search for a sales order detail for which only a portion of the sales order quantity has been reserved.
Reserved	Select to search for a sales order detail for which the entire quantity of goods has been ordered.

Entry date, Update date
Select either "Entry data" or "Update date" and then specify the range of data to be processed. If you select "Update date" the last update date of the sales order data will be the search target.
Prefix No.
To narrow down by the prefix number of the sales order number, select "Sales order data", "Opr setup (update OP)," or "Opr setup (approval OP)." If the numbering setup of the sales order number is not "Prefix No.," select "Opr setup (update OP)," or "Opr setup (approval OP)".
When "Sales order data" is selected, the prefix number of the sales order number that was specified in the [Header] of the [Sales order entry] screen will be the search target.
When "Operator setup" is selected, the value of the "Display initial prefix No." that was set in the [Operator] tub of [Employee setup] will be the search target.
Update operator
Specify when narrowing down by operators who entered or modified the sales order data to retrieve.

[Reserve object] (Spreadsheet)

Specifying conditions in the [Searching items] and then clicking the "Refer" button displays a list by detail of approved sales order data that matches the conditions.
Note that if the "Reserved flag" is not checked in [Register goods] of the [Logistics master module] for goods in the sales order detail or if the inventory is only in "Warehouse inspecting" or "Direct warehouse" that are not reserve targets of the reserve source warehouse/process department, the relevant goods will not be displayed in the [Spread].

Execute
Turns on the checkbox for the sales order detail row that will be subject to processing.

Reserved status
One of the following will be displayed.

Reserved status	Description
Unreserved	All goods in the sales order detail have not yet been reserved.
Reserving	Some goods in the sales order detail are being reserved.
Reserved	All goods in the sales order detail have been reserved.

Sales order voucher No.
Row No.
Which detail row for sales order data indicated by a sales order voucher number will be displayed by row number.
Internal No.
Entry date
goods code, Name
Unit Qty
The sales order quantity will be displayed in the standard unit even when the quantity at the time of the sales order was entered by packing conversion.
Reserved Qty
The reserved quantity will be displayed for sales order data with the "Reserved status" of "Reserved" or "Reserving." If there were shipping returns after reserving and shipment, the value including the returned quantity will be displayed.
Unreserved Qty
The quantity that is not reserved will be displayed for sales order data with the "Reserved status" of "Unreserved" or "Reserving." If there were shipping returns after reserving and shipment, the returned quantity will be subtracted before displaying.
Packing Qty, name
When entry was by packing during a sales order, the packing quantity and packing name will be displayed.

Qty
When entry was by packing during a sales order, the quantity registered in [Register packing unit] of the [Logistics master module] will be displayed.
Std unit
The unit of the entered goods will be displayed.
Accountee code, name
In charge code, name
The code and name of the operator in charge at the time of entry will be displayed.
Update operator code, Name
The code and name of the operator in charge at the time sales order approval will be displayed.

Clicking this button searches the sales order details subject to the process according to the conditions entered in the [Searching items] and then displays a list in the [Reserve object].
Rsrv all
Clicking this button displays the [Bulk reserve condition] screen for specifying conditions when reserving all at once sales order details for which the "Execute" checkbox was turned on.
Reserve
Selecting the target sales order detail row and then clicking this button displays in the [Reserve] screen the sales order data that includes the selected sales order details
