Select an inventory location for the reserve source and enter a reserve quantity when establishing reserves.

Item setup

[Sales order data]

Information is displayed for sales order data that includes the sales order details selected as being subject to reserving or subject to reserve canceling in the [Sales reserve] screen.

  The reserve status is displayed for sales order details selected in the [Sales reserve] screen.

[Sales order data] (Spread)

Information is displayed for sales order details that are included in sales order data displayed in the [Sales order data].

• goods group, name
• goods code, name
• Delivery to code, name
• Delivering date
• Packing Qty
  When sales order details are entered in "Packing conversion," the packing conversion quantity will be displayed for "Sales order Qty." "0.0000" will be displayed when it is entered using "Std unit."
• Packing unit
  When sales order details are entered in "Packing conversion," their packing units will be displayed.
• Qty
  When sales order details are entered in "Packing conversion," the quantity registered in [Register packing unit] of the [Logistics master module] will be displayed.
• Std Qty
  The quantity of standard unit conversion will be displayed.
• Std unit
• Returned Qty
  In the case of a sales order details that had a reserve or return after shipment, the returned quantity will be displayed in the standard unit.
• Reserved Qty
• Unreserved Qty
• Reserve status
  One of the following will be displayed.

  Reserve Status	Description
  Unreserved	All goods in the sales order detail have not yet been reserved.
  Reserving	Some goods in the sales order detail are being reserved.
  Reserved	All goods in the sales order detail are being reserved.

• Shipping order
  Whether shipping has been ordered for the relevant sales order detail in the [Shipping control module] is displayed.

[Total reserved]

Information for the sales order selected in the [Sales order data] (spreadsheet) is displayed.

• Unreserved Qty
  Displays the current unreserved quantity in standard quantity. Entering the reserve quantity in the [Reserve balance list] will recalculate the quantity and display the unreserved quantity after reserving.
• Current reserve Qty
  The reserve quantity entered in the [Reserved balance list] will be displayed in standard quantity.
• Reserved balance Qty
  The reserved balance quantity, which is "Unreserved Qty" minus "Current reserve Qty" will be displayed in standard quantity. Entering a reserve quantity in the [Reserved balance list] will recalculate the quantity and display the reserved balance quantity after reserving.

[Reserved inventory list]

A list of possible reserve inventory locations for the sales order detail selected in the [Sales order data] (Spread) will be displayed. Enter how much to reserve from displayed inventory locations in "Current reserve Qty."

• Warehouse code, name
• Location, name
  "00000000000000000000" will be displayed if possible reserve source inventory locations were not registered in [Register location] of the [Logistics master module].
• Manufacturing No., Analysis code 1, 2
  The manufacturing numbers and analysis codes 1 and 2 are displayed for reserved goods. "00000000000000000000" will be displayed if manufacturing numbers and analysis codes 1 and 2 were not registered for reserved goods.
• Inventory Qty
  Inventory quantity at the inventory location will be displayed in standard quantity.
• Reserved Qty
  Inventory quantity already reserved in another sales order detail and waiting to be shipped out of the inventory quantity at the inventory location will be displayed in standard quantity.
• Reserved available Qty
  Quantity after subtracting "Reserved Qty" from "Inventory Qty". It will be the upper limit on the quantity of inventory available for reserving at that point in time.
• Current reserve Qty
  Enter the reserve quantity in standard quantity. If the sales order detail was entered in packing units, enter the reserved quantity in quantity units for the relevant packing.

[Buttons]

• Details
  Clicking this button will display the [Reserved details] screen only when the sales order data for the individual reserve object is reserved or partially reserved. When it is displayed, you can cancel reservation. When it is reserved from multiple warehouses, you can cancel reservation by warehouse.
• Name1/2
• Rsrvd status
  Clicking this button displays the past reserved status of the selected warehouse in the [Reserved status] screen.
• Clear
  Clears the spreadsheet of the [Reserved inventory list], enabling the referencing of a list of possible reserve source warehouses for other sales order detail goods in the [Sales order data].
• Refer
  Clicking this button displays in the [Reserved inventory list] spreadsheet a list of possible reserve source warehouses for sales order detail goods selected in the [Sales order data].
  The error message "Cannot be reserved." will be displayed if you selected a sales order details with a "Reserve status" of "Cannot reserve", and the list of possible reserve warehouses will not be displayed.

  Reservation will be performed based on "Current reserved Qty." entered in the [Reserved inventory list].
