Emergency sales entry

Enables "Shipping" and "Sales" entry of data for which a "quotation", "sales order" and "shipping order" has not been executed.
Precaution should be used when using this screen, as the data entered from this screen is not checked by the "sales order gate".

Item setup

Displays the items that can be entered from the Sales Entry screen. The following descriptions cover items not existing in the Sales Entry screen.

[Header] Tab

[Main Item]

• Entry date (shipping)
  The entry date for shipping is automatically displayed using the system date. The entry date cannot be modified.
• Shipping internal No., Shipping No.
  The shipping internal No. and shipping No. are automatically assigned which will not duplicate with registered shipping data.

[Header/Packing Information]

• Box code
  Enter the box code for shipping. Select from the box options that were registered from the Register Box screen of the logistics master.
• Carton No.
  Use this memo item to manage data such as the code number issued during transportation.
• Width, Height, Depth
  When a box code is selected, the registered box size is displayed. The width, height, and depth may be modified.
• Weight unit
  When a box code is selected, the registered weight unit of the box is displayed.
• Weight of box
  When a box code is selected, the registered box weight is displayed. The box weight can be modified.
• Net weight
  Displays the summary of net weight calculated from the detail row.
• Gross weight
  Displays the gross weight calculated by adding the box weight and net weight.

[Main Item]

• Location
  The location is sometimes entered when setting up the warehouse/process department.

Detail/Packing Information

• Box code
  Enter the box code for shipping. Select from the box options that were registered from the [Register Box] screen of the logistics master.
• Carton No.
  Use this memo item to manage data such as the code number issued during transportation.
• Width, Height, Depth
  When a box code is selected, the registered box size is displayed. The width, height, and depth may be modified.
• Weight unit
  When a box code is selected, the registered weight unit of the box is displayed.
• Weight of box
  When a box code is selected, the registered box weight is displayed. The box weight can be modified.
• Net weight

• Weight of goods
  Enter the weight of the goods registered in the detail row.

[Buttons]

Displays the buttons that can be used from the Sales Entry screen.
