Item Setup

[Spread]

Balances are displayed by A/C and by Sub A/C.

[Main item]

• Display row
  If you enter a row number of the [Spread], the specified row is selected.
• Amt
• Total balance
• Output all
  Check the check box if you want to output all the balance data displayed in the [Spread] into Excel or print them out.

[Buttons]

• Excel output
  Excel is started, and a list of balance data selected in the spread is displayed.  If the "Output all" checkbox is ON, all the balance data in the spread will be displayed in an Excel file.  Save/print them in Excel.
• Print
  Only the balance data selected in the spread are displayed on the Print preview screen.  If the "Output all" checkbox is ON, all the balance data in the [Spread] will be displayed.  Printed on the print preview screen.
•  (Sort)
  The [Sort] screen will appear, and you can sort the data displayed in the [Spread].
•  (Column searching)
  The [Column searching] screen will appear, and you can carry out column searching in the [Spread].

  Enabled if "Correspondent" is selected in "Item1" on the [Refer trial balance sheet] screen.
  If you click this button, the [Credit limit chart] screen will appear.  You can confirm Warning Amt and Credit limit on the [Credit limit chart] screen.
  If you click the "Details" button on the [Credit limit chart] screen, the [Credit limit list] screen will appear.  You can confirm the warning amt, the credit limit, the actual total balance, etc. on the [Credit limit list] screen.  You can also drill down the details.

• Details
  The [Select Next screen] screen will appear.  Select the next screen from "Tracking console1.5 (refer term balance)," "Console2 (Refer item summary)" or "Console3 (Refer carry-forward balance)."
  If you choose "Tracking console1.5 (Refer term balance)," enter a code by selecting "Item2" from "None," "Department," "Correspondent," "Project code1, 2," "Accounting analysis code1, 2" or "D description".
  If you choose "Console2 (refer item summary)," select "Item2" from "Department," "Correspondent," "Project code1, 2," "Accounting analysis code1, 2" or "D description".
