"Ο" denotes display (Can be entered/selected.).  "D" denotes display (Display only. Cannot be entered/selected.). "×" denotes Hide.

• Entry date
• Summarize by sub/Summarize by item2
  Select either "Summarize by sub" or "By item2."
• A/C
  Select from A/Cs registered in [Register A/C and Sub A/C] of [Accounting master Module].
• Sub A/C (Displayed only if Sub A/C associated with "A/C" is registered.)
  Select from Sub A/C associated with "A/C", registered in [Register A/C and Sub A/C] of [Accounting master Module].
  You cannot enter a Sub A/C code if "Summarize by sub" is selected for Refer item summary.
• Item1
  Enter a code by selecting an item from among the following: "None," "Department," "Correspondent," "Project code1," "Project code2," "Accounting analysis code1," "Accounting analysis code2" and "D description."
• Item2
  Enter a code by selecting an item from among the following: "None," "Department," "Correspondent," "Project code1," "Project code2," "Accounting analysis code1," "Accounting analysis code2" and "D description."  You cannot select the same item as "Item1."
  For Refer Term balance or Refer carry-forward balance, "Item2" will be displayed if it is not "None."
  If "By item2" is selected for Refer item summary, you can select an item only. You cannot enter a code.

• Amt/Amt(SC)
  Select either "Amt" or "Amt(SC)."
  If the "Currency" is "All currencies" or Std currency, "Amt(SC)" is fixed.
• From
• Incld unapproved
• Data level
  You can select more than one Data level only for the [Refer Term balance] or [Refer carry-forward balance].
• Balance carry-forward

[Buttons]

• (Refer term balance update)
  The [Refer term balance update] screen is displayed.  You can confirm balances for each month by Data level.
• Refer
  For Refer trial balance sheet, the [Tracking console1] screen is displayed.
  For Refer item summary, the [Tracking console2] screen is displayed.
• Term Balance Total Calculation
  The [Refer Term balance] screen is displayed.
• Balance Total Calculation
  Balance Total Calculation is performed, and results are displayed in "Balance carry-forward."
• Next
  Enabled if you click the "Balance Total Calculation" button.
  If you click this button, the [Tracking console3] screen will appear.
• Clear
