Fixed assets moving, Bulk fixed assets moving - Transfer to Header tab

Enter a Header information (Assets entry Dept, Reason (increased), etc.) of data of destination to which Fixed asset is transferred on the [Transfer to Header] tab of [Fixed assets moving] and [Bulk fixed assets moving] screen.

Item Setup

[Header item]

• Transfer entry date
  For Modifying, the Transfer entry date of applicable history data is displayed.
• Assets entry Dept
  Can be entered only if the "Dept transfer" check box of [Main] is ON.
• Supervisory Dept
• In charge
• Install location
• Declaration target
  Can be entered only if the "Declaration target transfer" check box of [Main] is ON.
• Reason (increased)
  Only reasons whose "Increase/Decrease type" is set to "Increase (transfer)", "Increase (others)" or "Other errors" with [Register reason] can be selected.

• Execute
  Clicking this button executes a transferring process of the Fixed assets.
  If the "Auto-journal object" check box is ON, clicking this button displays the "Transfer voucher" screen, and executes Auto-journal.
