Sub item entry

Enter the sub items (such as items and packing information) for the shipping order or the shipping. The information entered in this screen applies at once to all details to which the same GPR is given in the source screen.

Item Setup - Header tab

[Header and Sub item]

  You can attach data. Select the data to attach from the [Open..] window, which will display by double-clicking.

[Header and Packing information]

• Box code
  Enter the Shipping Box Code. You can make the selection from the boxes registered in [Register Box] in the [Logistics Master Module].
• Carton No.
• Box size W, Box size H, Box size D
  When you select "Box code", the sizes of the Boxes that are registered will be displayed. Change the size if necessary.
• Weight unit
  When you select "Box code", the weight units of the boxes that are registered will be displayed.
• Weight of box
  When you select "Box code", the weight of the registered box itself will be displayed. Change the weight if necessary.
• Net weight
  The total weight of the Detail Row will be calculated and displayed.
• Gross weight
  The total of the "Weight of box" + "Net weight" will be calculated and displayed.

[Detail and packing information]

You may enter the same information as the packing information in the Header tab, by Detail. In Detail, you can enter further items such as the following.

[Detail and S/A information] will display only when [Sub item entry] is opened in the [Shipping entry] screen and / or the [Shipping return entry] screen.
