Shipping entry

In [Shipping entry], select the objects from the retrieved Shipping order data, and then create the Shipping data. You can also cancel the data that have already been registered and shipped.
When you enter the shipping order Number and the sales order Number in the [Header], the matching data can be transferred.

Item Setup

[Header]

Specify the items that can be entered in [Sales order entry] under [Sales Order] as searching conditions.
This section only describes items that require special explanations such as those items that are not displayed in the [Sales order entry] screen.

Process type
Select from "Shipping" or "Cancel shipping".
Shipping:
Register shipping of the data of which the shipping have finished.
Cancel shipping:
Cancel the data of which the Shipping Register has already finished.

Summarize by vouchers, Summary settle method (Displays only when "Shipping" is selected in "Process type")
Select the creating units of the Shipping data.
Summarize by vouchers: The shipping data will be created in the Shipping order Voucher
Summary settle method: Shipping data will be created by Settle method Units. The "Summary settle method" cannot be selected unless "Summarize by vouchers" is turned OFF.

Besides the above summary conditions that can be specified on the screen, the following items are implicit conditions.

When both "Summarize by vouchers" and "Summary settle method" are OFF, summaries will be made with implicit Summary conditions.

Pref Delivering date, Delivering date
The range from the beginning of this month to today will display as default. In the case of shipping order vouchers without Pref Delivering dates and Delivering dates, they will not be searched for when the dates are displayed. Clear the default dates, then make the search without specifying dates.
Shipping order internal No., Shipping order voucher No.
Number allocated at the time of shipping order processing.
Shipping internal No., Shipping voucher No. (Displayed only when "Cancel Shipping" is selected in "Process type")
Number allocated when shipping is processed.

[Spread]

The following information on the shipping order data that match the conditions will be listed up.

Register (Displayed only when "shipping" is selected in "Process type")
Check the checkbox on the detail rows of the shipping objects detail rows.
Cancel (Displayed only when "cancel shipping" is selected in "Process type")
Check the checkboxes on the detail rows of the shipping objects to cancel.
GRP (Displayed only when "shipping" is selected in "Process type")
The same number will be allocated and displayed by the summary units specified in the [Header]. The Details with the same number can be summarized into one shipping voucher.
Internal No.
The internal Number of the object shipping voucher will appear only in the case of shipping cancellation.
Transfer from internal No.(shipping order), Transfer from No.(shipping order)
The Number of the Shipping order voucher used for the Shipping will appear.
Transfer from row No. (shipping order detail row No)
The Detail row Number of the shipping order voucher used for the Shipping will be displayed.
Relation internal No.1 (sales order internal No.), Relation No.1 (sales order No.), Relation row No.1 (sales order detail row No.)
The Number used for Sales order processing will be displayed.
Customer purchase order No.
Goods code, Name
Shipping No. (prefix No.)
In the case of Shipping:
The default operator Prefix. No. will be displayed. Change the number if necessary.
In the case of Cancel shipping:
The Number of the Created Shipping Voucher will be displayed.
Shipping No. (numbering), Shipping No.
Shipping row No.
The row number of the details row of the object shipping voucher will appear when canceling shipping.
Shipping available Qty (Displayed only when "shipping" is selected in "Process type")
The default Reserved available Qty for Shipping will appear by shipping candidate detail. When a part of the Reserve Qty has already been processed for shipping, "Shipping quantity balance (Reserve Qty - Shipped Qty)" will display.
Std unit
The standard units registered in the [Goods Master] will appear by Goods.
Shipping unit1
In the case of Shipping:
The shipping units that will be used in this shipping will be displayed. In case of goods that already have their packing units registered, they can be changed.
In the case of Cancel shipping:
Nothing will be displayed.
Shipping Qty
The shipping quantity of the goods will display by standard unit.
QUP
The QUP of the items specified by shipping units in "Shipping unit1" will display. This is the QUP registered in [Unit Register].
Std Qty
The shipping Qty Std (Shipping Qty & times QUP) in conversion Units will be displayed.
Shipping balance Qty (Displays only when "shipping" is selected in "Process type")
The quantity in the Shipping Object Qty that have not been processed for shipping will appear (Shipping available Qty - Std Qty)

Reply date of shipping schedule
Dept code (warehouse/process), Name
The Warehouse/Process Dept specified in Sales order entry will display. Changes can be made. When entry was not made in Sales order entry, you must enter the information at this time.
Location code, Name
Delivery code (to), Name
The correspondents specified in Shipping Target data will be displayed. Changes can be made.
Consignee, Name, End user, Name
Correspondents entered in Shipping Target data will appear. Changes cannot be made.

The data in detail rows selected with the cursor is displayed in [Sub item entry] screen screen, allowing you to enter the shipping details.
Detail
The data in detail rows selected with the cursor is displayed in [Refer sales order data] screen, allowing you to check the information you entered in [Sales order entry] screen. No modification can be made.
Clear
Refer
Clicking this button lists the retrieved shipping order data.
Start
The detail rows with the checkboxes checked will be processed.
