Template , Item
Select from a template that is registered in [Register templates for financial statements by item]. When the template is selected, the items specified when registering the template are displayed.
Analysis objects
Select from the objects for analysis that are registered in [Register analysis objects].

Output
Select one of the following output options.
The result of each output option is as described below.

Output	Description
Output all company	The scope of an item is not specified. However, the financial statements by item that are tabulated for the entire company are created.
Output by individual item	The scope of an item is specified, and the financial statements for analysis are output in which the entire specified scope is tabulated. The project code and a group, such as a department, can be specified as an item.
Compare item output	Specifying the comparison item pattern registered in [Register compare item] outputs the financial statements for analysis, in which the items are compared horizontally.

Item
This item is not displayed when [Output all company] is selected for "Output".
If [Output by individual item] is selected in Output, the item and the code are selected. An error message is displayed if you attempt to output a report specifying the same item as one that is registered in the template. This message is displayed to prevent the vertical item and the horizontal item output in the financial statements by item from being identical.
If [Compare item output] is selected in "Output", the item and the comparison item master that is registered in [Register Compare item] are selected. An error message is displayed if you attempt to output a report specifying the same item as one that is registered in the template. This message is displayed to prevent the vertical item and the horizontal item output in the financial statements by item from being identical.

Output
Select one of the following output options:
The result of each output option is as described below.

Output	Result
Term	Creates financial statements for analysis for changes in the term.
Quarter	Creates financial statements for analysis for changes in the quarter.
Half-yearly	Creates financial statements for analysis for changes in the half-year.
Year	Creates financial statements for analysis for changes in the year.

Accounting period
Specify the accounting period to be "Output". The procedure for specifying the period depends on the value selected in Period (from/to).

Period (from/to)	Specification method
Term	Specify the accounting year and the term. Specify a value from 1 to 12 for the field for term. It is possible to select an accounting term in the past/current/next accounting period that exists in the accounting year master.
Quarter	Specify the accounting year and the quarter. Specify a value from 1 to 4 for the quarter. It is possible to select an accounting period and a quarter in the past/current/next accounting period that exists in the accounting year master.
Half-yearly	Specify the accounting year and the half-year. Specify either 1 or 2 for the half-year. It is possible to select an accounting period and a half-year in the past/current/next accounting period that exists in the accounting year master.
Year	Specify the accounting year. The slash and the field for entry of term are not displayed. It is possible to select an accounting period in the past/current/next accounting period that exists in the accounting year master.

[Budget code setup]

Specify a budget code that is registered in [Register budget for financial statements by item] in the [Planning Control module]. Only a budget whose status is [Commit] can be specified.
Even where an object for analysis that contains the budget a/c is specified, all of the columns for the budget are output as [0.00] unless the following budget codes are designated.

Total budget from opening
Specify the budget code that is registered as [Total budget from opening].
Depending on the selection of the accounting period, the following are displayed in the pop-up menu: The term budget, the quarterly budget, the half-yearly budget and the year budget (total budget from opening) of the item that is selected in [Item]. For example, if [Term] is selected as the accounting period, the pop-up menu displays the monthly budget (total budget from opening) for the item that is selected in [Item].
Period budget
Specify the budget code that is registered as [Period budget].
Depending on the selection of the accounting period, the following are displayed in the pop-up menu: The term budget, the quarterly budget, the half-yearly budget and the year budget (opening budget) of the item that is selected in [Item]. For example, if [term] is selected as the accounting period, the pop-up menu displays the monthly budget (opening budget) for the item that is selected in Item.

Data level
Select the checkbox corresponding to the data level to be included in the output.
Output option
Where unapproved slips are also to be tabulated, select the corresponding checkbox.
Macro file , Macro
If the output is to be processed by a macro in Microsoft Excel, specify the macro file and the macro.

The financial statements are output according to the specified conditions.
An asterisk (*) is displayed if it impossible to display the amount. This occurs when the balance is not tabulated according to an item that is registered in the templates for financial statements by item or by an item that is specified by this screen.
