Sales order gate

This carries out release (approval) processing for sales order data with errors detected in checking at the time of sales order. When you turn on the "Sales order gate required" checkbox in [Logistics parameter], the release must be performed even if all items are normal.
Released data can also be cancelled.

Item Setup

[Searching Items]

The items that can be entered at the time of [Sales order entry] can be set up as the searching conditions.
This section will only explain items that need special explanation, such as items that do not appear on the [Sales order entry] entry screen.

• Process type
  Select either "Release (sales order approval)" or "Cancel release".
• Release
  It searches registered sales order data, confirms data checking items and conducts release processing.
• Cancel release
  It cancels released sales order data.
• Entry date, update date
  Select either of "Entry date" or "Update date" and set up the range for the process target data. When "Update date" is selected, the latest update date for sales order data is the searching object.
• Prefix No.
  Select from "Sales order data", "Operator setup (Update OP),", "Operator setup (Approve OP)" when narrowing down by the Prefix No. of Sales order No. When the numbering setup for the sales order No. is not "Prefix No. -" select from "Operator setup (Update OP)" and "Operator setup (Approve OP)".
  When selecting "Sales order data" the Prefix No. of the sales order No. set up in the [Header] tab of the [Sales order entry] screen is the searching object.
  When selecting "Operator setup", the setup value in "Display initial prefix No." set up in the [Operator] tab for [Employee setup] is the searching object.
• Update operator
  Specify when narrowing down by the operator who entered or modified the sales order data to be searched.
• Sales order Amt (SC)
  Select any of the Amt (From/to) below.

  Amt (from/to)	Explanation
  (Blank)	All sales order data is searching object regardless of sales order Amt.
  From/to	Sales order data that matches the from/to amount is the searching object.
  Less than	Sales order data less than the setup amount is the searching object.
  More than	Sales order data more than the setup amount is the searching object.

  When selections other than [Blank] are made, the [Sales order Amt (SC] entry column is displayed. This sets "from/to" for the process object data.
• Checking status
  Select from the checking status below depending on the "Process type" selected.

  Release	(Blank)	All purchase order data is searching object regardless of operator's authority to release.
  	Not release (own: all)	Purchase order data that recorded checking item errors with operator authority to release is searching object.
  	Not release (own: STC Indiv approval No. inquired)	Out of sales order data that recorded a checking item error with operator release authority, sales order data that requires the entry of an Export control individual approval No. is searching object (sales order data where the project is a Special trade type, the correspondent is in an export restriction country or the Accountee, Delivery to, Consignee or end user is an export restriction customer)
  Cancel release	(Blank)	All released sales order data is searching object regardless of operator's authority to release.
  	Released (own)	Released sales order data that recorded as normal on the checking item with operator authority to release is searching object.
  	Compulsory release (own)	Compulsory released sales order data that recorded checking item errors with operator authority to release is searching object.

• Checking item (1: Amt checking, 2: Qty checking, 3: Required item checking, 4: Export control, 5: Overdue account receivable, 6: Quota checking, 7: Credit checking)
  Items that require checking at the time of sales order release are displayed by check box.
  Of the checking items with the [Sales order checking conditions] check box switched on by [Logistics parameter setup] in the [Logistics master module], checking items with operator checking authority only display the on status for the check box.

[Execute release] spreadsheet

[Set the conditions in the [Searching items] and click the "Refer" button and sales order data or released data that matches the conditions will be listed and displayed. Click on date, code, currency, and Amt ( including "Entry date" and "Internal No.") from the spreadsheet headline, and Descend and Ascend for that headline will alternate.
When there are multiple details for sales order data, the detail data for the first row will be displayed.

• Object of execution
  Switch the check on using the "Start" button when making a process object (release or cancel release).
  For release, sales order data with the "Release" button displayed cannot be set up as an object of execution.
  Click on the "Set all" button and all the sales order data with the "Release" button not displayed for release, and all the released sales order data for cancel release will go "on".
  Click the "Cancel all" button, and all the sales order data with the "Release" button not displayed for release and all the released sales order data for cancel release will go "off".
• 1 - 7(1: Amt checking, 2: Qty checking, 3: Required item checking, 4: Export control, 5: Overdue account receivable, 6: Quota checking, 7:Credit checking)
  Error results and release results are displayed by the colors below.
• Release: "(Error) "
  "I" is displayed in "4" (STC checking item) in the case of INI in the table below. "W" is only displayed for "W1".
  In addition, when canceling released sales order data, once the secured quota is released, an error is displayed in "6" (Quota checking) and "7" (Credit checking).
• Cancel release: "(released) " , "(compulsorily released) "
• Compulsory release
  The "Release" button is displayed for any of the error data below. For all checking items that recorded an error, select a "Comment code" or enter a "Comment name" and press the "Release" button to commence compulsory release.
• Sales order data that recorded an error in "1" (Amt checking), "2" (Qty checking) or "3" (Required item checking) after clicking on the "Refer" button.
• Sales order data that recorded an error in "4" (STC checking), "5" (overdue account receivable checking), "6" (Quota checking), and "7" (Credit checking) in release after clicking on the "Start" button.
• Entry date, Internal No. Sales order No.
  The content at the time of sales order data entry is displayed. It cannot be modified.
• STC Error code
  The error categories for sales order data that recorded an error in the STC checking items are displayed by the codes below.
  Some error codes are displayed after clicking on the "Start" button.

  Error code category	Explanation
  (Blank)	No errors occurred in STC checking items.
  INI	Displayed in one of the following cases: • "STC type" in [Registered goods] is not registered for the relevant goods. (Registered using a blank.) • The "Export restriction" checkbox in [Register correspondent] is unregistered () for the relevant correspondent (Accountee, Consignee, or End user). • The "Export restriction" checkbox in [Register region] is unregistered () for "Region" of the relevant correspondent (Accountee, Consignee, or End user).
  E1(Military dealings)	Displayed for sales order data with the "Special trade type" check box switched on at time of sales order entry.
  E2(Restricted country)	Displayed when "Region" of the relevant correspondent (Accountee, Consignee, or End user) is registered as the object of "Export restriction" in [Register region].
  E3(Restricted customer)	Displayed when the relevant correspondent (Accountee, Consignee, End user) is registered as the object "export restriction" in [Register correspondent].
  E4(No STC permission number)	Displayed when the "Internal blanket No." for the term of validity in [Register correspondent] is set for the relevant correspondent (Accountee, Consignee, or End user) and "#(STC goods)" or "%(Inspecting goods)" is set as the "STC type" in [Register goods] for the relevant goods.
  E5(Catch All confirmation)	Displayed for sales order data with the "Confirm request flag" check box switched on at time of sales order entry.
  E6(Export license)	Displayed when "Export license is required" in [Register goods] is on and "STC type" is "# (STC object)" for the relevant goods.
  W1(Warning)	Displayed when "Export license is required" in [Register goods] is off and "STC type" is "# (STC object)" for the relevant goods.

• Export control individual approval No.
  For release, sales data with "Error Code" "E1", "E2" or "E3" is treated as invalid even when an "Internal blanket No." has been set up, so enter the approval No. individually. Enter the approval No., and release and it is treated as normal with no errors.
  For cancel release, the number entered at time of release is displayed.
• Checking item, comment code, comment name
  For data to be compulsorily released, it is necessary to leave a comment for each checking item where an error was recorded as the reason for compulsory release. Select the item that recorded the error from the [Checking items] pull down menu and enter the comment. Select the comment from the codes registered in [Register approval comment] in the [Common master module] and enter it in "Comment code" or manually enter the comment in "Comment name". For "Error Code" "W1" only, it is possible to release without entering a comment.
• Checking date (Only displayed for release)
  The date of the previous release of sales order data is displayed.
• Checking operator code, name (Only displayed for release)
  The operator code and name at the time of the previous release of sales order data is displayed.
• Sales order dept code, name, Accountee/Employee type, Accountee/Employee code, name, in charge code, name, currency, Sales order Amt (SC)
  The information at the time of sales order data entry is displayed.
• Update operator code, name, update date/time
  The last updated information for sales order data is displayed. When carrying out cancel release after conducting release, the information at the time of cancel release is displayed.
