Item setup

[Required item]

• Template code
  Select a template registered at the [Template registration].
• Entry date
  Specify the period for which you want financial statements to be output. The term of a system date is displayed as default. An accounting year entry is not restricted, but when a year that is not registered in [Accounting year setup] of [System custodian module] is specified, an accounting year (such as 04/01/2003 -) will not be displayed on forms.
  Opening balance means the one as of a day immediately before a start date.
• Object of output
  By clicking the "Include unapproved," unapproved forms are also included as objects of output.
  Only in the case of balance sheet, the checkbox for "Temp profit carry-forward" is displayed. By clicking the " Temp profit carry-forward," net income is output as profit carry-forward when forms are output by specifying the following accounting year before execution of yearly update. But, " Temp profit carry-forward " must be set up in advance by [Parameter setup] of [System custodian module].
• Std currency
  A currency that is set up as a standard currency in [Company setup] of [System custodian module] is displayed.
• Macro file, Macro
  When using Macro of Microsoft-Excel for output, please specify a file name and Macro name.
