Register fixed assets - Detail tab (Depreciation layer)
Fixed assets detail
information (A/C, Depreciation Setup, etc.) for each layer is entered on the [Detail]
tab of [Register fixed assets].

Item Setup
[Depreciation layer]
Depreciation layers not registered are also displayed. They are for inquiry only and cannot be changed.
- Commit status
The check box is ON for committed detail rows and OFF for not entered or deleted ones.
- Depreciation layer
The Depreciation layer name is displayed.
- Auto-journal setup
Shows if Auto-journal is to be performed or not,
- Data level
- Voucher internal No.
If the existing fixed assets data is read, Accounting No. for which Auto-journal
has been executed in the [Construction in progress account module] is
displayed.
- Voucher No.
If the existing fixed assets data is read, Accounting No. for which Auto-journal
has been executed in the [Construction in progress account module] is
displayed.
[Buttons]
- Production Qty
Can be clicked only if "Depreciation calculation" is "Production proportion
method". If clicked, the [Production Qty] screen is displayed to confirm the
total production sum.
- Copy layer
If clicked, the [Copy layer] dialog is displayed. Selecting Copy Dest Layer
copies contents of data currently being entered for the selected layer.
- Commit
If clicked and committed, the "Commit status" checkbox becomes ON.
- Save
- Layer clear
Committed Layer Details are deleted.
- Exit
